Terms of Use

Last updated: June 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Bouquet Designer mobile application and website (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by TwentyFive Labs Ltd (trading as Bouquet Designer), a UK-registered company. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. The Service

Bouquet Designer is an AI-powered mobile application that lets you design and visualise wedding and event bouquets. You choose your flowers, colours, and presentation style, and our AI generates a photorealistic image of your design.

The Service operates on a token system. Tokens are required to generate bouquet images. One token is consumed per generation.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at Support@bouquetdesigner.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

4. Payments and tokens

Account registration includes an initial token allocation. Additional tokens may be purchased through the app at any time. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and include any applicable VAT.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

Unused tokens do not expire, but they are linked to your account and cannot be transferred to another user.

If you have a question about a charge, please contact us at Support@bouquetdesigner.co.uk.

5. Refund policy

1. Overview

At TwentyFive Labs Ltd, we strive to provide high-quality software services that allow our users to generate personalised wedding bouquet visualisations. Our goal is customer satisfaction, but please note that our products are digital and instant-access services.

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued.

2. Digital Products and Services

  • All purchases are for digital products and services, including app subscriptions, in-app purchases, and downloadable content.
  • Once a purchase is made, access is granted immediately, which means that under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, digital content cannot usually be returned or refunded if the service has started.
  • We recommend reviewing our app features and free trial (if applicable) before purchasing.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  1. Technical Issues: You experienced a technical issue that prevented access to the app or the purchased service, and our support team was unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
  2. Duplicate Payments: A duplicate payment was accidentally made.
  3. Incorrect Billing: Charges applied to your account in error.
  4. Change of Mind: You have not used any tokens to produce digital content to download to your device.

4. Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Dissatisfaction with generated bouquet images due to subjective preferences.
  • Change of mind after accessing the service.
  • Failure to understand how to use the app after purchasing.
  • Issues arising from your own device, network, or software incompatibility.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at: Support@bouquetdesigner.co.uk
  2. Include the following details:
    • Name and email associated with your account
    • Date of purchase
    • Order number or transaction ID
    • Description of the issue

We aim to respond to refund requests within 5 business days.

6. Refund Process

8. Changes to this Policy

TwentyFive Labs Ltd may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or app notification.

6. AI-generated images

Images are generated using OpenAI's GPT Image 1.5 model based on the inputs you provide. Generation results may vary — the Service does not guarantee that any specific design, flower, or arrangement will appear exactly as expected.

Subject to OpenAI's usage policies, you retain ownership of the images generated under your account. You may download and use your generated images for personal and commercial purposes, including sharing them with florists or on social media.

You must not use the Service to generate images that are unlawful, harmful, or that infringe the rights of any third party.

7. Accuracy and visualisation disclaimer

Images generated by the Service are visualisations only. They are intended to help you explore and communicate your bouquet ideas, not to provide an exact representation of a finished floral product.

  • Final florist products may vary. The bouquet produced by your florist may differ in appearance from any image generated by the Service, including differences in shape, scale, texture, and overall composition.
  • Colours may differ. On-screen colours are subject to display calibration and may not accurately reflect the true colour of real flowers. Your florist will be able to advise on the closest available match.
  • Flower availability varies seasonally. Not all flowers shown in a generated image may be available at the time of your event. Seasonal and regional availability can affect which varieties your florist is able to source.

We recommend using your generated images as a starting point for discussion with your florist, who can advise on what is achievable within your budget and season.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable regulation.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the Service.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service in a way that is not intended by its design.
  • Share your account credentials with any other person.
  • Upload or submit any content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we determine that you have breached these terms.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by downtime.

10. Intellectual property

All aspects of the Service — including the app, website, branding, software, and content (excluding your generated images) — are owned by or licensed to Bouquet Designer. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bouquet Designer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or loss of tokens caused by technical error.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

12. Consumer rights

If you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have statutory rights that these terms do not affect. In particular, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and applicable consumer protection regulations may give you rights in addition to those set out here.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Privacy and data collection

When you use the Service, we may automatically collect certain technical information about your device and usage, including:

  • Device type and operating system
  • Browser type (where applicable)
  • App version
  • Usage statistics
  • Error and crash reports

This information is used to maintain the reliability and performance of the Service. It is collected automatically as part of normal app operation and does not require any action on your part.

Full details of the personal data we collect, how we use it, the legal basis for processing, your rights under UK GDPR, and how to contact us about data matters are set out in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
